To make it more affordable we have downsized some of the lumber sizing and materials.This model includes the Pine Wood Floor with Permanent Runners, 3-Tab Asphalt Shingles,2x4 Rafters & Underlay,4x4 Posts and 2x2 Picket Handrails and Corner Braces.This Gazebo is offered in 3 sizes ,8',10',12.This Model does NOT meet Hurricane Codes.
